A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Snake vs Snake is a 1 vs 1 game that you can play against a friend or AI. Your goal is eat 10 foods before your opponent does. Each time you eat a food, you get longer. Fortunately, nothing happens if your head touches your body.
The game is available for Windows, macOS and Linux.
It's also possible to play against AI.
Instructions
Instant Play connects you to our server as a client. You will either wait for an opponent or join the game with someone who was waiting for you.
If you don't want to use our server, we have other options.
Host button will make your computer a server. A friend of you will be able to connect to your computer if they know your IP and you had done the port forwarding for Port 7777.
Connect to Player screen asks you the IP of your friend who is hosting the game.

I felt some input lag when I tried out the online (or to be honest online wait lobby) but going against the AI was fun. AI was moving better than I could so I thought maybe pushing would help me and eating food while pushing resulted in the below picture. It was enjoyable 9/10, would trick one of my friends to play against some time.
